Ametathetosgender 🕷️

Ametathetosgender (Greek - Unchanging) is a gender modality used to describe someone who is transitioning away from the gender they were socially assigned while identifying solely as cisgender, and not transgender. Ametathetossexual would be the term used for ametathetos individuals who are transitioning medically and/or physically.

Immogender is a gender modality where one doesn't feel transgender because they've always felt the way they currently do about their gender, so they lack a feeling of transitioning from one gender to another, but they also don't identify as cisgender due to a lack of connection to their assigned gender at birth or the lack of completeness the label provides. It's an identity where one has always felt connected to a gender identity, regardless of if they have recognized it or not, and that constant connection has led one to feel they've always presented and lived as such identity.

This term includes those who have a fluctuating or fluid gender, as this term specifically refers to the feeling that the way one experiences gender has always remained the same in their life and to label it as a transgender or cisgender identity doesn't fully encapsulate one's gender experience.

The term "immo" in immogender comes from the word "immobile" meaning "fixed, motionless, immovable." It's meant to represent the steady nature of this identity in one's life and the lack of change one feels in their gender identity due to it.

This identity is similar to Isogender and Absgender, but specifies the lack of connection to labels like cisgender and transgender originates in one's unchanging feelings about their gender identity that differs from the one they were assigned at birth.

The Meaning Behind the Colors:

Darker, Muted Blue: The connection one has to their gender identity and the personal nature of it

Medium, Muted Blue: The feeling tranquility with one's identity

Light Gray: The feeling stability one has always felt with their identity

The 13th annual international gender census, collecting information about the language we use to refer to ourselves and each other, is now open until 13th August 2026.

It’s short and easy, for most participants it takes 5 minutes or less.

After the survey is closed I’ll process the results and publish a spreadsheet of the data and a report summarising the main findings. Then anyone can use them for academic or business purposes, self-advocacy, tracking the popularity of language over time, and just feeling like we’re part of a huge and diverse community.

A term to describe an individual who wishes to be perceived as a specific gender without necessarily identifying as said gender. Ceiv can be added as a prefix onto any existing term to denote the gender one wishes to be perceived as, e.g. a transneutral individual who wishes to be perceived as a girl could use ceivgirl.

Ceiv does not have to correlate with current or desired presentation or expression, and may simply relate to an internal feeling of how you should be perceived.

DECAGENDER FLAG

This is our take on the Decagender flag. It’s inspired by the current (and, from what we can tell, only) flag for the term by a Miraheze user going by Anderson.

Definition: A multigender in which one experiences ten distinct genders.

A term for ftm (and otherwise transmasc) individuals who are toxically masculine due to internalized transphobia. However this does not execuse you to say stupid shit to other people, behave yourself. Dont make this the trans synonym to incel, please.. or i will crash the fuck out.

(Notes: this was inspired by a time i was brewing tea for myself, thought "real men dont drink tea..." and a protector stepped in and replied with "yeah? And real men drink the blood of a freshly hunted hog? Its a fucking drink. Enjoy it." ...gave me a lot of gender euphoria.)

An attraction label in which one wants to be the only one that can understand the object(s) of their attraction. You want to be the one that will accept them when no one else will, no matter their flaws or how 'disgusting' they are. Even if everyone else leaves them, you will remain. This attraction isn't inherently possessive but it can be if one wishes.

Name comes from the word 'sanctuary' as this attraction relates to feelings of wanting to be someone else's refuge and place of safety. Chose a sunflower for the symbol as I believe they represent loyalty and longevity
