That Neurodivergent Need to snack just because your mouth tastes too much like mouth...
does anyone else with ADHD call it "ah-dah-hu-dah" instead of just the letters? idk why but my brain wants to be silly.
All the people struggling to comprehend time again are really struggling rn, and then there's us ADHD folks who never did and we're all like...
Yea, that's just kinda, how it be... but, like, always
And it's like,
"wow how do you live like this"
"🤷 just do"

The best part about ADHD is that you can be having a complete sensory/mental meltdown while having TikTok audios playing on a loop in your head

I got diagnosed with adhd!!! get ready for productivity bitch.
Hey welcome to the #adhdclub !!!!!
I'm pretty pissed with my stupid smooth brain. I got some tangle fidget toys and have not put them down for like 3 days. My brain was just SO THRILLED about it that I woke up at 4:30 AM after getting like 3 hours of sleep, just to play with a piece of twisty plastic for hours.
That moment when you didn’t get diagnosed with adhd as a child.
Parent: no one can forget something that fast. You always tell me “oh I forgot sorry!!” It’s an obvious excuse, I’m not stupid young man.
Me: *genuenly didn’t remember*
Parent: I’m not leaving your room until you tell the truth
Me: *lies* ok sorry just didn’t want to do the homework
Parent: see? wasn’t that hard. But don’t think this won’t bring consequences.
Me: *already super stressed that I forgot to do the homework cause I’m failing in school and I don’t understand why or what’s wrong with me* :-)
