Gives the native good manifestation abilities because they fundamentally believe even if they don't get something now, they'll still get it somehow sometime. They are indifferent towards desires (not saying they don't have them - they do) because internally they have the comfort of knowing, assuming that it'll just show up.

They are good at making friends and networking, usually very well known people in their circle due to their charisma or unusual style but they may not be the best at keeping friends, especially if sitting with moon/mercury/mars. In which case, they might change their social circles a lot.
