8H Overlay - First of all, this one's hard to maintain unless both people have 8H/Scorpio/Ketu influence in their charts. This is NOT casual. Even small interactions feel charged with subtext and both people know it, it's all about reading between the lines. Usually, the planet person feels an inexplainable pull towards the house person and desire power, even ownership over them. This overlay makes the couple become very familiar and touchy with one another. They crave each other's presence and physical contact all the time. If it's their Venus/Moon falling in your 2H; your physical appearance and aesthetics probably fit exactly to the house person taste. They find you beautiful, refined and classy, fit for their family. They trust your eye and taste in aesthetics so they may consult your opinion on these matters, as well as ask for your opinion in matters of finances, work and family.
Similar to the 8H overlay, sources and money are highlighted. When their Venus falls in your 2H, you also feel like theyโre a source of value, resources, beauty, and even money/comfort. You feel fed by them. Venus doesnโt just sit there, it expresses itself through the area of life it lands in. In your 2H, their Venus energy naturally channels into your possessions, security, finances, and self-worth. They might spoil you, want to provide, beautify your environment or make you feel more secure, which is where it differs from 8H overlays as with 8H fixed stability is hard to catch. But 2H gives safety. Both natives may display similar characteristics/physical features as their partners family.
Also, they definitely find each other's voice extremely attractive.
1H Moon Overlay - Moon person feels exposed in the 1H personโs presence. Itโs not just โsafe,โ itโs inevitable; their emotional state leaks out, even if they normally hide it. They feel like the house person sees straight through them, sometimes uncomfortably. Thatโs why they canโt keep a poker face here. Their moods, maternal instincts, or emotional baggage show. Mars here mobilizes the house person and pushes them to work their way up in life. Mars here will definitely feel colder and may be older than the house person.
