The front rack felt rough today - left wrist was feeling a little tender probably from yesterdayβs squat cleans.Β
The 3 x 70kg was hard! Just thought Iβd try for 1 or 2 reps at 75, so was stoked to get all three out.

Trained with friends today! 3 of us started with one of the AMRAPs WITH 4 on the other, then we swapped after the 3 minute rest. Was awesome to catch up with everyone and having an open space to train in.Β
Plate G2OH -Β 15kg. These felt OK - all reps were completed unbroken. Went straight into the OH lunges until I got to the 12 round.
OH lunges -Β Not as bad as I thought theyβd be, though shoulders were getting really taxed in the last 2-3 mins!
Burpees - These were all good. Nice only having to do 5.
Clusters - 40kg. Went singles right from the start. As soon as the bar dropped, just tried to pick it up straight away for the next rep.Β
Toes to bar - These were fine, able to recycle the first 2 rounds with unbroken reps. Last two rounds had to break reps 4/2.
