The thing that's so, *so* funny about that scene on 11x23 (1:02) when Dean says that Cas is "like a brother to him" is that Cas' reaction, while it can also look like he's very moved because it's an honor to be considered Dean's family and yadda yadda, it also really looks like he's actively swallowing down bile with how absolutely pained he looks 😭😭
