I don’t make them myself since I can barely sew (I can fix a tear or reattach a button at most) but there’s a whole community for scale doll clothes.

Acerbys and most model kit girls are at 1/12 scale, and there are plenty of options. You can order them online if you know the scale and they can range from cheap to a bit pricey. You can look them up anywhere: eBay, Aliexpress etc. Most of the best ones actually came from a specialty store I visited in Japan that stocked many made by independent creators. You can also put together outfits that aren’t completely scale. For instance this cute oshikatsu sweater that doesn’t quite fit. Doll clothes is a world I don’t have a terrible amount of experience, but I hope it can get you started. Just keep scale in mind. I imagine Barbie’s are too tall for instance.

Acerbies and more robotic girls might also struggle with certain types of clothes. Tights don’t play well with her boxy and angular robotic legs. Baggier pants or more manageable form fitting stuff might be wise.

You can also swap parts with compatible dolls that might have more smooth surfaces. Just keep in mind to stick with the pegged parts since ball joints might not like nonstandard diameters. In the below pics I just swapped the head and ended up damaging the joint. Stick with disconnecting the tight or upper arm pegs.
