Learning that there is no way to exercise away belly fat specifically has been bittersweet for me.

On one hand, yes I want a flatter tummy. A gender goal for me is to have more boobs than tummy.

On the other hand, to grow fat tits I need to provide my body with the material it needs to grow them.

And, I don't think it's a good idea to try to create a caloric deficit right now, given my grievous and frequent fatigue symptoms.

So, for now I will try to love my tummy. My boobs keep growing (yay!) and I will wait while they do that. Once I have more energy, be that in several months or several years, I will consider learning about how to structure food + exercise to healthily burn fat.
