Today was overall productive. Despite being a bit tired from Eid yesterday, I managed to do quite a lot.

I completed another theory today, Deconstruction by Derrida. I attended the 3 hour communication class arranged by my college and finally, got on call with my volunteer head for about 40 mins.

And I've got an internship deadline tomorrow which is going to be a bit tough but I have to push through.

Tomorrow's To-Do List:

Complete internship task submission

Write the notes for Deconstruction theory

Revise and practice MCQs for the 4 theories

Follow up on the volunteer task

Attend the class if there is one

Fasting was amazing today, obviously. I did sleep till 12 though, mostly because I went to sleep at 1

Either way, most tasks got done. The only thing left to do is the internship task for which I do have three more days to complete.

Tomorrow's Eid, so I'll likely not do anything the whole day! We have only two festivals and we need to enjoy them fully :)

All you need is a notebook, a pen, and your materials.

I had a long day today! Literally! I was out till 2 pm with my sister, we went out to walk and get lunch.

And obviously, I had to kinda prioritize the main tasks T-T

The communication class was cancelled today, and yes, I'm happy about it. Though I hope they don't keep a 4 hour session tomorrow because I will not be able to survive that.

I completed the revision of the previous two theories, learnt the Lacanian Theory of Psychoanalysis, and got my internship task submitted before the deadline! I didn't do the Arabic prep today so will have to compensate for that.

This was a really interesting question, I knew this existed but I never really delved deeper into it. I read through all the personality traits and I can confidently say I'm a mixture of Melancholic–Phlegmatic.

The other two definitely don't suit me. So, I hope that answered your question :)

First of all, thanks for the ask xD

And I'm not really an interesting person, I do basic things xD

I mostly scroll YouTube and Tumblr, work on these blog posts, read books, brainstorm ideas etc etc

I do watch movies though but that's rare. Generally, I don't watch movies a lot but you can find me binge watching cartoons like Totally Spies, Martin Mystery, Ever After High any day xD [Laurel & Hardy, if I'm feeling nostalgic]

Other times, I chat with my friends, go out with my sister if we're both free at the same time. Ranting to my mom and hearing her work dramas is also great most of the time.

My breaks depend on my mood, I don't usually have a particular activity.

Today was uneventful, it's been a bit difficult for me to understand these theories because they are so damn abstract!

Either way, been revising the Theory of Structuralism and Psychoanalysis.

Also, I completed my Arabic revision early in the morning so it's been kinda productive, I guess.

Complete Theory of Psychoanalysis by Lacan

Arabic class prep

Internship task submission (I've been stalling this for 3 days)

Revision of previous topics

Attend a mandatory communication class arranged by my department

In my opinion, summer classes must be banned. Literally. Especially when they are on basic soft skill topics. Online that too!

So, I have been planning to get into Research in my third year of Undergrad. And for that, I need to clear a 100-mark exam sometime in the last quarter of this year. Either in October, November or December. It depends on when I want to do it.

And the main constraint here is that I have to start preparing for it now even though I don't require to study this material until like Semester 5 or 6. Unfair, I know but I do really want this research program because honestly, it is looking amazing.

The exam basically is divided into two, one is a 70-marks paper, the other is an interview that carries 30 marks.

Now, in order to get a good research guide and to even get considered, I need to get 85+ - 90. The minimum is 85.

The written exam is basically divided into two sections.

Subject Matter Knowledge - 7 units

Research Knowledge - 3 units

Generally, the preparation time for this exam is 6 months because it is assumed to be tough. And I am currently kind of scared [yet excited] because I can only give this exam once. The scores are like permanent and I DO NOT WANT TO MESS IT UP.

That is why, I have to study everyday so I can finish it by November at least with good scores.

So, constant updates are back on again. This is like my accountability journal.
