I think a lot of transmisogyny stems from this idea that people are really scared to see a dick. The reason bathrooms and locker rooms and hot springs keep being flash points is because these are all places where if a trans woman is using them, it's possible you might see her dick. A lot of transmisogynistic humor revolves around being traumatized because the subject saw a woman with a penis. And look, to a certain extent I sympathize. I'm not a fan of dick; I dont want this thing either. But if you want to be an ally to trans women, I think a big important step you can take personally is to examine your own reaction to the scenarios I described above, and recognize that a dick is just a body part a girl has sometimes. Seeing it as inherently sexual and/or traumatizing is a major wedge conservatives use to justify their rhetoric

Its so weird to me that people say "bomb that kills all tmas" as a response to "bomb that kills all tmes" because the latter is pretty clearly an expression of frustration at how much it can suck to be a trans woman and have cis men and cis women and trans men not really know how to talk to or about you (or outright discriminate!) And then the former is like. Pretty in line with the American republican party's solution to trans women. How are those equivalent or reciprocal.

“scientists don’t want you know” is a phrase that always cracks me up because if you actually meet a scientist they will be shaking and crying like an overstimulated chihuahua with the need to let you know

I mean, Black people can be Jewish too. And were also victims of the Holocaust as well as other events in Africa committed by Germany that don't really get talked about because the Carving of Africa by European countries gets treated as a footnote at best. So like... He could stay Jewish. That doesn't have to change.

Also White gentiles play Jewish characters all the time. Was it still a slap in the face to Jewish people when Ian Mckellen & Michael Fassbender played Magneto? Or is it only when Black actors say they'd hypothetically be interested in the role?
