also, if you're AFAB - or just in general!- give the tyrer-cuzick risk assessment calculator a shot. it's an easy online questionnaire that takes less than five minutes and calculates your lifetime risk of developing breast cancer. the results could have implications for whether or not you need to start mammograms/other forms of diagnostic imaging such as MRIs earlier - e.g. 20s/30s as opposed to the general standard of starting mammograms at 40. it can't hurt and could end up saving your life. check it out if you haven't already!
