getting told I have freakishly big feet and hands when I have to input my measurements on a wardrobe thing by the costume rep and then she realizes what she just said and awkwardly says "sorry" and I'm like it's fine lol. and she's like "do you get that a lot" hopefully so she doesn't feel weird for saying so, but at this point I am purely focused on answering her question like no, not usually haha. And she feels the need to insist upon her non-weird innocence, raising her voice slightly like well your height just doesn't seem right in comparison to your foot size. It's not proportionate. Physically logical. And I'm like okay well sorry I guess? The measurements are right I think? And then she snaps out of it like "my apologies I don't know what's wrong with me today" and I'm like it's fine. Having to offer up a peace offering of insider information because we're still half-standing in a broom closet waiting for my extremely late friend to arrive like I think my feet are just big because my dad has big feet, in a conspiratorial tone. And she's nodding very seriously like that could be it. You know. That could well be it.
