JRPGs are so funny sometimes. Like, what do you mean title card 9 hours in lol. Anyway I got to the part where you wake up in the digital world in Digimon Story Time Stranger

Oh I really enjoyed The Disappearance of Lady Frances Carfax. It was an exciting one. I liked Watson starting the investigation while Holmes was busy, even if he blundered a bit at the end. Reminded me of my favorite part of Baskervilles. Holmes and Watson storming in to try to find the missing woman. Holmes putting together that the casket was big enough for two bodies after the one suspect said it was out of the ordinary. And man, they were really going to bury that poor woman alive. Definitely one of Doyle's better short stories in my opinion

The Adventure of the Dying Detective was a wild story. Holmes tricking Mrs Hudson into thinking he was on death's door so she would go get Watson. Watson hurrying to Holmes side and Holmes refusing to let him treat him because if he got close enough Watson would be able to tell that Holmes wasn't actually sick. Mrs Hudson sobbing in the hallway when Watson leaves. All this deception to catch a guy that attempted to kill him (and actually did kill someone else). Holmes giving up the ruse and revealing he wasn't actually dying once the suspect confessed to everything. What a wild story. See this is why I stand by saying Holmes stories get better the further in you read
