Ranting About Fics I Love Is My Happiness

I'm not gonna lie, I did this for myself so I would have an outlet for my constantly running mind; but if you do like it, then welcome to my mental disaster and I hope you have fun with me!

I'm gonna add tags with the fandom, characters in the scene, fic name, the account name of the author and the platform of the fic so everyone can go check the full fic out if you're curious or interested about it.

I'm gonna mainly run some commentary about fic parts that tickled my brain but sometimes I'm gonna just rant and/or do a fic rec, so be warned lol

I have just watched a YTShort about a manhwa recc with the "Reverse Harem" tag on it; and when someone asked what the final pairing was, some people got offended that the FL ended with everyone, and that it was "one of the true perverse harems out there" (this is a direct quote, btw).

My siblings in Christ. The manhwa is LITERALLY TAGGED WITH "Reverse Harem". THAT IS WHAT A REVERSE HAREM LITERALLY MEANS. IT DOES NOT MEAN "everyone loves the FL but she only loves the ML". It has always pissed me off that that is what it usually tagged as "Reverse Harem". It really feels like there's a severe mistagging issue in the works. If you know how the tag "Harem" works, then you basically know how "Reverse Harem" does too.

"But everyone's true colors are revealed in acts of lust..."

"I'm not sure I follow..."

"You can relax my friend..."

"Huh?"

There Are Other Ways came inmediately after Done For, which came inmediately after Wouldn't You Like, which came inmediately after Puppeteer, which came inmediately after Ruthlessness, which came inmediately after Keep Your Friends Close.

Do you know what that means?

It means that Odysseus sailed through a storm again after being directly betrayed by his men and comrades, lost approximately 90% of his men to the god of the Sea, were (basically) stranded on an island owned by a goddess/witch who inmediately turned more of the crew left into pigs, had a meeting with another god who gave him drugs to fight her, had to fight the goddess while high on said drugs, was (almost) seduced by said goddess but managed to reject her, and was then left with a mission to go to the Underworld.

And he did all of that while still having been awake for nine days straight.

Guys, it's been proven that you start to hallucinate by the third day of insomnia; Odysseus' nine days are literally lethal levels of sleep deprivation.

My brain: Well, listen to nothing but nocturnes, of course!
