so much antisemitism of the last two years has been from people who just don't want to admit that they know nothing about Jews

Jews have had to remind people that we're an indigenous tribe, that we're not a universalizing religion, that we're not just Christians minus Jesus, that we're not all just white people, that the Holocaust happened, etc. but rather than say "oh, I didn't know that. clearly I've been laboring under several misconceptions" they've just gone "well obviously you just made that up"
