favourite colour: Red, like a deep luscious red that you know would taste good if you licked it. Don't act innocent, you know exactly what I mean by that. Red is a color that you just know tastes good.

last book: I am currently trying to read the Witcher series (per @lickthecowhappy's suggestion) so I am at the start of the Last Wish

last movie: Moana 2 (I have young kidsssss)

last TV show: My oldest is almost 10 which means she stays up late. Which also means I have so little time to watch adult things. So we've been watching the Office with her. I think I want to watch the Good Place with her next tho (I've never watched it!)

sweet/spicy/savoury: Sweet followed very, very closely by spicy. Habanero maple syrup is one of my favorite things on the planet.

last thing i searched online: How to explain a 10 year career hiatus in a cover letter (looking to return to work since having kids. It's been an interesting experience so far).

current obsession: Have not moved on from Good Omens, but recently realized that my obsession may be more in my own little connected universe of fics that I wrote rather than the actual canon at this point😳. I'm sure once we get that first glimpse of red and white hair that will change very quickly.

looking forward to: Going back to work and having a more established adult life again, honestly. I've been so lucky to be home with my kids while they are young, but I am ready. And figuring out how my newfound passion for writing is going to fit into that new life of mine. Another big year of change over here for me, and I am eagerly looking forward to how the growing pains are going to make way for something beautiful beyond.

current obsession: Nevertheless, Good Omens - "Obviously," as Crowley grumbles, after Aziraphale said it. As a follow-up to the quote mentioned earlier.

looking forward to: As I wrap up my current WIP where Femme-Aziracrow meets in a Polish bar, I won't say more because then the secret will be revealed.

last song: “Hymn To Virgil" by Hozier. I barely listened to anything else at all since December 6th, whoops. But I'm fine, I swear. Just tickles all the right spots in my brain.

favourite colour: Blue! Mostly the brighter shades of blue. And green. And I'm starting to really like yellow. I'm bad at choosing only one.

last book: I'm currently reading "The World According to Cunk" by, who would have thought, Philomena Cunk. It's hilarious and I think I've never laughed more reading a book.

last movie: "The Return" (2024), a retelling of the last sections of Homer's Odyssey. A surprisingly "quiet" movie, which doesn't use overly exaggerated sound effects (e.g. in fight sences), which I think is quite nice.

sweet/spicy/savoury: Spicy! I love spicy food, as long as it doesn't actively burn my esophagus lol. I only like sweet things occasionally, but this "ocassion" can stretch over two weeks and then I'll despise sweets for another four weeks.

last thing i searched online: "which wine do the brits like the most" - I'm not going to say anything about this 😂

current obsession: Good Omens. This is a Good Omens related blog, what else did you expect 😂 But, for real, it's bad. But I think I also need to add "watching thirsty Michael Sheen edits" on TikTok, because, damn??

looking forward to: Finally getting back to a Good Omens fic I kind of abandoned last year. I'm hoping to get back into writing (my fics) soon, because I've got way too many ideas.

Favorite color: shades of green and bluish green. But especially light muted greens and light sea green. They remind me of nature in a mystical way. 

Last book: I’m currently reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde and Heaven by Mieko Kawakami. I’ve been really into the classics and older books and books that make me think about how hard it is to live in this world despite how beautiful it can be. And life is beautiful but we either take it for granted or are so consumed by suffering. 

Last movie: Ponyo

Last tv show: I don’t watch a lot of TV shows. But the last anime I watched was Revolutionary Girl Utena. And I’m in love with it. 

Sweet/savory/spicy: I have a sweet tooth. Dark chocolate is the best. Strawberries, grapes, oranges are my favorite fruits (aside from lemons and limes). I also love savory meat. Braised pork and eggs with rice, is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes. And I can’t handle spice at all though.

Current obsession(s): Alien Stage, Revolutionary Girl Utena, cats

Looking forward to: My New Year’s Side Quest Bingo. Some squares I have include Akira slide and petting a cat for the first time

Favorite Color: Orange, funnily enough. It doesn't really fit with who I am as a person but it's been my favorite since I was like three years old. I particularly like a good pumpkin orange but really, I can like any color as long as it is with a palette that's cohesive :3

Last book: I think, honestly, the last thing I read was volume 5 or 6 of Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi)

Last movie: The Goldfinch (based on the novel of the same name by Donna Tartt)

Last show: Arcane (i dont have access to the TV at school and i literally went home for break and mainlined Arcane. it was a quest)

Sweet/Savory/Spicy: I would probably say that I prefer Savory over Sweet but both are very high for me and frankly about equal. I love chocolate-mint and chocolate in general, I really like citrus flavors and almost all berry flavors. At the same time, I am a whore for instant ramen w/tofu and my ex introduced me to seasoned-salt on rice a few weeks ago and I could eat that shit for hours. I also love cheese 👀

Last thing I searched online: George Mackay. he's an English actor who was in the war drama 1917, amongst other films. I know him because I have a friend who really likes him and um I may have been making fun of said friend earlier today for saying that he doesn't like men by showing him pictures of George Mackay . . . The other most recent thing I searched was Donna Tartt to make sure I was spelling her name right.

Current Obsession(s): Alien Stage (longest standing- since summer of 2023), my own ocs, and Arcane. That's about it at the moment.

Looking forward to: finals being over. Getting done w/my presentation for my least favorite class this semester because it is killing my brain.

favorite color — either . . white, or, all colors simply cause im not completely sure about the latter, and i don’t think i can pick only one . i’d say i like white because there’s a certain symbolism of it that i often associate it with in my mind, i think ? basically, one aspect is that its soothing for me .

last book — honestly ? a kids book . me and mother were shopping for some gifts that my father could give at birthday party that he was attending, and we were looking and reading through some options of books to gift .

sweet / savory / spicy — spicyyyyy ! my favorite snack is literally hot cheetos . . savory is probably 2nd for me, and sweet is 3rd . i can’t eat much sweet stuff anymore, especially chocolate since when i eat that stuff a bit too much, like . 4 hershey kisses ? as an example ? 1 or 2 more and this weird taste will start building up . . basically, i don’t have much of a tolerance for sweets i guess .

Last thing i searched: copper sulfate- used to treat infections and as a topical medicine in livestock- and if it's still being used (it is, it's an old remedy, places that need a bunch of it- like I'm taking having to treat 200 cattle and using it in multi use baths- are looking into using either less or an alternative due to cost and also cause of the way the multi use copper sulfate baths get dumped)

Current obsession: wonderland and isopods though currently I'm reading up on plant behavior and habits for a terrarium/dryad au
