Enjoy the timeless deliciousness of a classic cheeseburger with a special sauce that adds a tangy kick. Perfect for a casual meal or a weekend barbecue with friends.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onions. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill or cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create a special sauce. Assemble your burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-topped patty. Add a spoonful of special sauce and some chopped onions. Top with the other bun half. Serve your classic cheeseburgers hot with your favorite sides!
