In a frozen treat form, these tasty popsicles taste like classic key lime pie. They are creamy, sour, and slightly sweet, and they taste like paradise. They're great on hot summer days or whenever you want a taste of paradise.
Ingredients: 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup key lime juice. Zest of 2 limes. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
Instructions: Add heavy cream, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. I filled up each popsicle mold about three quarters of the way to the top with the mixture. Put a few graham cracker crumbs into each mold and use a toothpick to mix them in slowly. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least six hours, or until it's completely set. To take the popsicles out of the molds, run warm water over the outside of them for a short time. Serve and have fun!
