A quick and easy way to use your Instant Pot to make creamy and tasty boxed macaroni and cheese.
Ingredients: 1 box of macaroni and cheese. 2 cups water. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup milk.
Instructions: Open the mac and cheese box and take out the cheese packet. Put the macaroni into the Instant Pot. Make sure the macaroni is completely covered with the 2 cups of water that you add to the Instant Pot. For 4 minutes, set the Instant Pot to high pressure on its own. Do a quick pressure release after the cooking cycle is over. Take out any extra water from the macaroni. Put the butter, milk, and cheese packet contents into the bowl and mix them well. It needs to sit for a while so the sauce can thicken and the cheese can melt. Enjoy while hot!
