Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1 cup kale, chopped. 1/2 cup crispy chickpeas. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 1/4 cup Caesar dressing. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness. Place the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Garlic minced and olive oil combined in a small bowl. Drizzle the blend onto the pizza dough. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over the dough. Top the cheese with a handful of chopped kale. Over the kale and cheese, drizzle some Caesar dressing. Top with crispy chickpeas and Parmesan cheese. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
