As a result, they need to leave the only stable housing they've been able to obtain, and their fundraising has been severely impacted by people continuing to spread lies about Angela and continue to abuse them. Why is it antisemitic to work with Lilith if you’re not Jewish? She’s just a demon right? Do spirits/demons/angels discriminate? If it’s wrong to work with Lilith if you’re not Jewish, is it also wrong to work with Greek deities if you’re not Greek, or take part in a Santeria ritual if you’re not Cuban? Because all the Santeros I know would be happy to bring in people from different races / national backgrounds. Why would a demon, a supernatural entity that exists outside of human laws and comprehension, discriminate based on race/religion?

Don't ask bad faith questions.

Do you know what a closed practice is? There is a huge difference between those that are closed and those that are open.

It must be really nice to be someone who doesn't have to care about the effects that interacting with closed cultures have on the people from those cultures. It must be even nicer to be completely unable to conceive how this would harm people.

Even if you COULD work with Lilith or interact with these closed practices, why WOULD you when it actually actively contributes to the erasure of a culture and things such as antisemitism. There are many bad things we CAN do but DON'T. That's kind of what the entire point of being a kind person is.

Why in the world would Lilith, a perceived goddess of feminism, empowerment, and free will be okay with you actively contributing to antisemitism? Including antisemitism towards the Jewish women who collected and shared personal gnosis on her, loved her, and reclaimed her as a figure standing against their life-long struggle with antisemitic misogyny? Why in the world do you think that Lilith would be happy, in the slightest, with you doing that to the women who first saw her as something positive? Why would she ever be okay with you harming her daughters?

Side note: As soon as a Jew contradicted @makiruz for this--that it is a closed practice from Judaism--they immediately began to rip off the mask of their antisemitism. First it was "any Jew who disagrees with me is a Zionist" (and therefore they don't have to listen to them), and it went downhill rapidly from there, down to the point where they asserted themselves as the spokesperson for all Jews everywhere and said that we were disrespecting the victims of the Holocaust. But sure, they're just an "antizionist". And THIS is why a lot of Jews view that label as synonymous for "I'm an antisemite who barely hides it". Because this is typical and normal, not exceptional.

Do not use the website called Sci-Hub!

It lets people access scientific articles for free. This is dangerous. It helps the free flow of knowledge and reduces the competitive edge of all the people who worked really hard to have been born into a wealth.

Like, it’s literally a website where you can type in the DOI of an article and read it, without ever having to pay the publisher who exploited the author.

So, again, do not, under any circumstance, use Sci-Hub. I mean, can you imagine a world where knowledge is free and easily accessible to everyone? Even, y'know, poor people?

Libgen also has many books online, including textbooks, searchable by name, author, and ISBN. Can you imagine textbook companies not getting their hard-earned income from poor college students? Another inside tip from academia: Those papers in really expensive journals that are effectively inaccessible to anyone not in a university network? Depending on the discipline it’s very likely that same paper is on a “preprint” server somewhere, with no access restrictions.

Like if you want to read basically any physics, math, or CS paper, arXiv.org will have you covered, because everyone uploads their papers there before submitting to a journal (and generally updates it after peer review). I know all of my papers are on there. This is such common practice that journals have it baked into their licensing agreements that authors retain the right to upload their work to these places.

So the next time you get hit with that paywall, you may not even need sci-hub, just click the arxiv link on google scholar instead.

Many authors of papers are on ResearchGate! You can ask for papers there, if they don’t just post a copy to download. If they’re associated with a college, you can usually find their email addresses in the department directory, also.
