It's wild blueberry season in Sweden and I've been picking and eating my fill everyday from the forest behind my house! The entire forest floor is covered in wild blueberry bushes and the tangy taste is so cosmic, I had to paint them✨ Photos of the berries I picked!

so I'm afraid of bugs, like genuine phobia, screaming fit that makes my employer think I'm being attacked level fear.

However I am also an educated adult and practitioner of witchcraft who is damn well aware how important bugs are both to our way of life and the planet as a whole.

You can be afraid of something and still understand it's value and want it protected.

So yes I will rescue that spider rather than swat it. It's small but it eats so many pests

I will free the moth that's been stuck indoors flying after a lamp. Its a pollinator, we need those

I will free the critters and take them back outside.

I'll just scream like a banshee while doing it.

This is what witchcraft is to me, small acts of courage and compassion.

Throwing starfish because you never know how it might change some one or somethings life.

Small things are everything. They are the foundation I build my practice on. Small acts.
