First plain weave dishcloth is done, now onto a 2/2 twill plaid one. It's v satisfying to see the cloth wind on the beam

and that is berry good

the button doesn’t necessarily say “Elucidate the Rapture” but it does say something that’s kind of lengthy and has religious connotations. the woman pushing the button has an expression of indescribable smugness. there might be other buttons on the machine (?) she is pressing.

But i have no idea when the eschatron 9000 pictures were made or for that matter the original photos that were used to make it

she is whittled entirely out of balsa wood with a craft knife, and colored with wood dye. the cabinet has miniature hinges made of tube beads and a metal rod, and closes with a magnet. she absolutely should hold a sentimental & important object, but i don't have any that are the correct size, so i just put in some cute trinkets.
