Sam: Libra. He's got an eye for a lot of things. Libras are all about balance. They're keeping everything in order, and have a keen sense for aesthetics. They are also chronically indecisive, and can tend towards being a people-pleaser to try and keep the peace and go with the flow. NOT good with conflict. But when roused, Libra has a keen tactical mind and is a shrewd strategist. PUSH, is right.

Lucy: Sagittarius. Lucy isn't a definite Sag for me, I mostly lean towards it since that's a fire sign, she's more likely to mesh well with Sam's airy Libra and struggle to communicate with Michael's watery Pisces. But also, Sag is so Wild-coded to me. They're the explorers, the wanderers, the enthusiastic party animals who need freedom and motion. They're hopeful and optimistic, but can also be a little tactless and chaotic. I think Lucy shines at her best when she's able to indulge that fearless girl within her, and it literally hurts my heart to think of that freewheeling Sagittarian spirit getting chained down in Phoenix in such growing pain. Having said all that, I could also be persuaded into other directions. Nurturing and emotional Cancer, maybe, or possibly the independent (and somewhat adverse to tough conversations) Aquarius.

Max: Virgo. There is one. right. way. to do things. And that. Is it. Children NEED a mother and father, the nuclear family MUST be kept intact, that's the way things should be and there's no debating it. Virgos are intelligent and thoughtful, and also very critical and demanding. At their worst (which Max obvs is) they can be closed-off, controlling micromanagers, and would rather tear something down for imperfections than try to cultivate or encourage it on its own merits. A son who won't listen no matter how hard you try, for example.

Edgar Frog: Aries. Happy to cut someone's head off for them, no problemo. Confrontational, especially in defense of others, and not afraid of a fight. An instigator, independent, and ready for action and to stake some mufucking vamps. The epitome of "it's always better to beg forgiveness than ask permission"

Alan Frog: Gemini. Am I being a little lazy here, assigning Alan the sign of duality and representing two natures in one form? OKAY, SURE. But Gemini are also tricksters, charming and charismatic, and QUICK. They will put the pieces together while you're still laughing at how Sam's mom is boning her boss. Gemini bristles at clumsy attempts to get too close to them -- you have to earn it, and you probably shouldn't come on too strong or gooey even once you have. A Gemini can care about you deeply for years, and you'll probably never be totally sure of it, or at least will need to learn how to recognize the ways that care is expressed without trying to force them to change the ways they show it.

Marko: Leo. Leos are the showboats, the ones who are happy to take the spotlight and be at the center of things, or to use their light to put the shine on other people. They're confident, warm and outgoing, and have fantastic hair (this is a rule, I didn't make it up). The typical class clown. But as with many class clowns, that can mask deep insecurities, and a desperation for external validation and affirmation. From your maker who doesn't seem to want to look you in the face more than he has to, for example. A Leo who has been shunted to the side or (WORST OF ALL) ignored is the most pathetic wet cat you can imagine. (I'm in this picture and I don't like it)

Dwayne: Aries. Edgar in a fun house mirror. The instigator, the spark plug, the guy who's bringing the heat, the act first and ask questions later guy, yeah. But Aries can be twisted into being pushy, aggressive, arrogant, and all about proving yourself right. Fighting for fighting's own sake, and not for any concrete purpose anymore.

Paul: Aquarius. A sibling sign to Leo (Marko+Paul my beloveds), Aquarius simply can't be bothered by the shit that bothers other people. They see no need to fit themselves into systems and narratives that other people do, and find it way easy to sidestep these things and find a way to exist outside them. They're planners, innovators, and skilled assessors of situations, and aren't likely to react with high emotion. They can keep themselves at a bit of a distance, but that gives them a good view of what's really going on.

Pete: Capricorn. RIP Pete. Capricorns are planners, builders, and disciplined hard workers. They know how to make themselves a success and they are equipped to do it. Until they get the wrong part-time job to support their trajectory up and out of this dead-end town, and end up marked for death or eventual vampirism. A tough situation for even the most savvy Capricorns to get out of.
