This is also an excellent example of providing breed-adequate enrichment, because Border Collies are herding dogs. They were bred to run a lot and do multiple quick and sharp turns, so if you can’t provide your collie with an actual herd of animals to… well… herd, an obstacle course like this is a great alternative. That dog is having the time of her life.

sport line bc and herding line bc are often totally different and its important to recognize the skills that make a dog excellent on stock and excellent in agility are not the same and in fact often opposite. regardless any pet would enjoy at least basic agility and i recommend trying it with your dog. its great mental exercise and physical exercise for both the handler and the dog!!

Is there any risk of wild yeast being dangerous to eat? My only experience with this sorta thing is with homebrewing alcohol amd you have to be uber careful there, I’m curious why bread is different.
