I am very ashamed to do this again but I need help. I am 36, living at home with a toxic family. Diagnosed with many health and mental issues (chiari malformation type 1, adenomiosis ,ciclothimia, anemia and probably guts issus). I have a bachelor degree in languages but my last paying job was last November. I ran out of money. I need money to buy meds and painkiller and sanitary pads and groceries.
