You are cursed for a year. Choose one.
Bees swarm the area whenever you are extremely angry
A Tesla will spawn somewhere close by when you swear
Your phone will occasionally just float out of your hands
It may randomly hail inside a building you reside in
Claws but their made out of sandpaper
Shiny rocks appear when you are trying to focus on a task
Boss music playing when you enter a building
Become as small as a bug but still have to do things
Can summon a random cat at will but they can meow as loud as a jet
You are a horse
(Last of these curse shenanigans. Enjoy!)
🧡: "How do you like this, star?" 🩷: *giggles* "Oh, Rusty!"
Rusty found a solution to his and Pearl's height difference, haha.
So apparently, over the summer, Quibi (the shortest-lasting streaming service ever lmao) did a quarantine project called “Home Movie: The Princess Bride” where a bunch of celebrities recreated The Princess Bride in tiny chunks at home.
And like there was no permanent cast, all these celebrities seem to have gotten a scene or part of a scene to do (i’m not sure exactly, I did not ever watch Quibi and thus haven’t seen this yet), and then they just… recreated it as best they could. At home. Under quarantine.
So like, you had Jennifer Garner in a blanket cape playing Princess Buttercup AND the Booing Old Woman with a crowd comprised entirely of stuffed animals:
Or Taika Waititi paying Westley off a badly-drawn Inigo on a piece of cardboard held in front of someone’s face:
And it’s all just delightful.
But my absolute favorite part of this thing that I’ve sadly never seen but assume is probably absolutely hilarious and a treasure and I want to find it some day and watch the whole thing… is that Carey Elwes is in it.
As Prince Fucking Humperdink.

Here ya go
In case you need a comfort watch and because Youtube search nowadays sucks rancid farts, I remind you of the Princess Bride Home Movie from the lockdown, starring everybody
"Squish in, girls!"
I know my in my heart of hearts that Pearl is a certified Instagram Queen, but, like, it's 1985, so she's. uh. a scrapbook queen, I guess.
Anyway, anything and everything is getting photographed.

thank you , 1300-1400 in European fashion Wikipedia page💜
something terrible has befallen me....
i washed all of my undies earlier. looks like rain so i needed to go grab them from the clothesline but i'm already pants-off for the night. decided "well, it's dark out and i only have to cross the horse pasture in the cedars. who will see me?" walked out, winnie-the-pooh glam, shirt, nothing else, you can imagine.
decided i didn't want to use the horse gate i usually use because the latch is such a pain. took an unfamiliar route to another gate. very dark out but luckily i can see pretty well. got distracted by a sound beside me. think it's one of the horses. turned to look but kept walking forward so i don't see where i'm going.
pussy-height stinging nettle.
this is why we evolved with bush to protect us. there is damage but things could have been far worse….
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, where art thou?
And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.
And he said, who told thee thou wast naked?
And the man said, well, no one told me exactly, it's just that last night I walked right into a pussy-height stinging nettle. So I thought like maybe I could invent some clothing to cover up the whole situation down there before I walk around some more.
And God said, lmaooooo oh no man I totally forgot I made those things grow to the height of a pussy. That's honestly my bad. Thou art cooking with this clothing idea tho.
gritting my teeth and saying "i dont know of thats true" "i don't think that's an entirely fair assessment of the situation" "i think youre being slightly disingenuous here" out loud at every post i scroll past
Pro tip, if you're asked to be specific, that does not mean 'continue to be vague as fuck'.
youtube with ublock origin experience of the 20 second gap between every video on a playlist where youtube desperately throws itself against the impervious ever-evolving uncaring face of the adblocker's wall screaming and clawing and calling PLEASE! PLEASE, OUR AD REVENUE!! DON'T YOU WANT TO SUPPORT THIS CREATOR? DO YOU NOT CARE ABOUT OUR WALLETS? AND THEIRS? into the vast and empty sky before the adblocker gently raises one of its many iron-banded arms and flicks youtube away into the void just to hear its wails fade slowly into nothing
It's funny when I get the "You seem to be experiencing interruptions. Find out why" popup as if two unskippable 30-second ads wouldn't feel way more intrusive and annoying than a slight delay for a video to start.

Favorite multiple of seven?
I usually think about other stuff.
fandom is losing all sense of etiquette lately, not only are the tags filled with ranting about other peoples work, but I'm seeing people boldly tell artists and writers how much they do not like their interpretations, and I think that's insane, what happened to basic respect and 'if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all'?
In complete honesty, my belief in copyright and piracy is that studios need to make media available 24/7 or else they lose rights to it.
You want to stop making DVDs? Cool put it on a streaming service. Want to take it off streaming services? Cool start making DVDs. You don’t want to do either? Cool you can’t take people to court for burning it onto CDs or sharing it. That’s just keeping the media alive.
And none of this “well you can go on eBay and get it for $80” nope. You need to be actively distributing it.
If you're not selling it, you have no grounds to complain that people aren't buying it.
The Oregon Trail reboot that the world needs right now. Postcard from my collection, no date/info.

what you learn from hobbies:
consistent practice opens up whole worlds of skill that you couldn't imagine
making mistakes in the process of learning is not only natural, it is also essential
activities that you enjoy can give you more energy back than you spent on them
wow everything is so expensive
my hands hurt
my back hurts
I thought I could count but apparently I can't.
no fictional thing is worth harassing real people over. "but this ship is So problematic" "this trope is So icky" then don't read it, don't write it, don't interact with it. it's fiction. it's play-pretend. a lot of you sound like children who are mean to other children who play with their toys in ways that you do not approve of. but we're not children anymore, are we?
act like an adult and curate your own internet experience. if you don't like something, it's your job to mute it, block it, filter it out, or scroll past it. resorting to harassing real people over fiction won't make you morally superior. it just makes you a bully.
