amusing how many united states citizens think that immigrating to another country is as simple as like… wanting to live there and doing it or signing a paper with some processing fee and you’re all set, here’s a passport. it’s really difficult and it can take decades to immigrate to another country or get a firm no. i know people who have children together and they’re stuck in the immigration system. you think you’ll get to move to italy or denmark or whatever because your great great grandmother was born there? genuinely get the fuck outta here, don’t be silly
