sadly i was right about my condition deteriorating again - my eyes are swollen, it hurts to blink and my ears are ringing like crazy and sound is muffled. it’s still 26°+ in my apartment but i’m cold and keep getting chills. i’ve taken all the meds i have access to and still feel really unwell so i guess i just have to force dissociate to get through it. fortunately i have a bead delivery in a bit and the lampshade materials should get here tomorrow. that’s a few days of distractions at least

the paracetamol aren’t working for my period cramps so i’m just clenching my jaw and using the rage to knit as fast as i can. the pain is also radiating through the back of my pelvis into my spine so that’s… a thing that’s happening

silenced my notifications from the parent bc she’s endlessly venting about things / being negative and i told her i’m not in the mindset to deal with it at the moment. she immediately responded with “i was there for you when you stressed me out with your problems”… there’s a lot to unpack there… so instead of investing my energy into something that’s only going to put me in a worse flare and make me deeply unwell hm i think yeah i’ll just ignore it and her and decide to have a good day and prioritise taking care of myself! because to hell with you!!!
