That went from shocking to funny to depressing in the span of 5 seconds

Things I hope to see on this site in 2015: People actually understanding when someone doesn’t know a lot about a certain issue and talking to them about it to help them understand better instead of calling them “miserable trash that deserves to die” 

That’s it.  This is my next tattoo.

I was thinking “cool” right up until “that right there is every single book you’ve ever read” because wow.

whenever somebody says like “so what did you do today?” just look off into the distance and say “the right thing”

Then stare right into their eyes and say, “I hope”

If you’re going to tell someone to stop saying sorry say, “You don’t have to apologize to me.” and smile. If they say sorry again just say, “You’re fine.” and keep smiling and move on. The faster the situation is resolved the faster the person with anxiety can start to calm down. Please don’t get angry at someone for saying sorry, sometimes that’s all the person feels like they can do.

I’ve always been really bad about this and as a kid I’d always do it around my parents and my mom would always say “STOP SAYING YOURE SORRY.” thank you to the helpful comment.
