(Not pregnant, just an endometriosis girly who gets the surprisingly sexy belly that comes with it. I hate hate hate endometriosis but I would be lying if I didn’t enjoy the bump sometimes).

Have you ever deliberately planned and enacted an emeto scene? If you have, would you want to share the story?

Relatedly, do you have any tips for safely (or as safely as possible) making yourself vomit without using your fingers? For some reason, the idea of using my fingers is a turnoff to me. I also don't drink alcohol.

I am trying to plan my first emeto scene. I think I want to stuff my stomach with plain pasta and maybe gummy candies, but I don't want to be painfully full. Do you have other recommendations for what I should eat and how much I should eat?

Could I take an emetic? According to the poison control website, both mustard seeds and plain unscented Dawn dish soap are likely to make me vomit, but won't cause other effects. Do you think your citrus and baking soda trick could work instead?

Oh, this is best ask ever, I am more than happy to give some advice from my the years of emeto wisdom🫡 also, I am SO VERY SORRY that this sat neglected in my inbox for so long!!!

I have deliberately planned and gone through with plenty of irl emeto stuff, typically with partners who are also into emeto. I’m not gonna go into too many details of any specific stories just because there was lots of intimate sex stuff involved. BUT I am more than happy to give my two cents and share what has worked well for me.

I usually go off of what is going to make me the most nauseous while not being totally unpleasant to throw up. A lot of times I will eat something solid (I like sweet things like a pastry/bread/baked treat etc) and then chug something super carbonated. It kinda mimics the banana-sprite challenge effect, where you eat something solid and then drink sprite, which is carbonated, and all of that liquid can’t digest as quickly as it needs to because your stomach has to work through digesting the solid food (banana) first. The carbonation also expands your stomach, and it can’t digest quick enough so your stomach just says fuck this and sends it all back up. Eating something that could already feel too rich, even nauseatingly so, like a really rich dessert, and then slamming a bottle of sparkling water works pretty well for me. I would say don’t push yourself to limits that feel unsafe for you and pay attention to your body. Finding foods that are difficult to eat in excess can also trigger nausea for me. Like, if I don’t want to stuff myself to the point of vomiting from being overstuffed, I pick something that is so rich it’s hard to eat, and then eat as much of it as I need to start feeling sick (which if I pick the right thing isn’t a lot). That feels safe to me because you’re not pushing the limits in terms of volume or being painfully full, but in terms of getting nauseated from what you’re eating. Greasy food can also work in that same way. My goal isn’t to put so much in my stomach that it’s painfully stuffed, but to get myself feeling nauseous and ready to puke. Think about the other things that tend to make you feel nauseous. My last partner was into emeto and we would have lots of push seshes together. She got carsick super easily so sometimes we would take a nice drive down a windy road.

I have never taken an emetic or used anything else to make myself puke, so I can’t comment much on the safety or efficacy. I am also an opportunist puker. I have a weak stomach and puke probably once a month from something, so I have plenty of spontaneous emeto scenes lol.

One week ago I went to a party where the main demographic was lesbian. Being me, with the friends that I have, I tend to end up in situations alongside fellow queer women. This is one of the great joys of my life. While at the aforementioned party, I was complimented on my rockin bod. Of course, the natural next step after receiving a compliment such as this was to shrug my jacket off and flex my many muscles. In a sea of ragingly beautiful baddies, I somehow became the epicenter as people squeezed my biceps, felt my rock solid abs, and called me Mommy (I am).

Unbeknownst to all of us, someone was incubating a plague that has now spread through our ranks like wildfire. I am the sickest of them all and everyone is doting on me and asking how I’m feeling and bringing me soup.
