★ discrimination doesn't exist (no racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, religiophobia, ableism, etc.) and all kinds of people peacefully coexist & respect each other

★ there's no climate change or pollution, all effects of climate change have been reversed + there's no endangered species, all animals have enough space/resources to live happily

★ the world population is always at a sustainable level and demographic change isn't an issue

★ humans work with nature instead of against it + farming is ethical and farm animals are treated well

★ all countries are democratic and free and people in positions of power (politicians/CEOs) are never corrupt or dishonest

★ all countries are developed and thriving, there's no such thing as a 3rd world country

★ there will never be a war again, every country has dissolved it's military because it's not needed anymore

★ every human works under fair and safe conditions & has enough resources to live a dignified and fulfilling life

★ wealth is fairly distributed (rich people still exist, but there's no billionaires)

★ companies never put profit above the wellbeing of humanity

★ poverty & homelessness isn't a thing, and nobody commits crimes because there's no need for it

★ violent crimes, sexual assault, pedophilia and all kinds of abuse don't exist

★ medicine is highly advanced and any illness or disease can be cured (including psychological illnesses), everyone has access to medicine & psychological treatment

★ disabled people always get the support they need in order to live a happy & fulfilled life and achieve their goals

★ fast fashion doesn't exist, all clothes are made in a sustainable way and last forever while still being affordable

★ food is always safe to eat and never contaminated in any way

★ public transport is very advanced all around the world, and also punctual, safe & clean

ik crazy ahh title, but this is something that has worked for me.

name your 'subconscious' something. something personal/weird whatever. and treat it like your best friend. your subconscious listens to EVERYTHING. it's there to be helping you. (cuz it's lit you but okay) so just talk to it like

"[name] omg i'm so happy we're shifting tonight. i know you're gonna help cuz you're in charge tonight"

"[name] we're going to get into the void. I'M SOOO HAPPY YOU'LL HELP ME!!"

idk why it worked, but it helped me manifest a lot.

2. name your doubts. whenever a doubt pops up, think of it as a separate entity. think of it as a dumb bitch karen who's here to irritate you. name it and CUSS the fuck out of it.

When you strip away the quantum buzzwords, shifting is about redefining your sensory data. Right now, your brain is locked onto this reality because its reacting to what your eyes see and what your hands touch. To shift, you have to make your Dr more "real" to your awareness than the room you are currently sitting in.

Pick one specific sensation, just one. Thats the logic between "wr scent" or "script that a song will play when you shift" advices. It could be easy things like lavender, chocolate or your favorite perfume and as for sounds it could be sea waves, phone ringing or like I said , a song.

Force the 3d to match this. As you lie there, tell yourself "the reason I feel this bed under me is because it's my Dr bed." If you hear a car outside, it’s a car outside your Dr house. Youu are reinterpreting your current environment until your brain accepts the new context.

So many of you are done with loa, but usually, that’s because people use it as a magic spell. In reality, its a mental filter. If you wake up and think "dammit, im still here," you have just successfully manifested being here. Wake up and decide "im currently in my dr, but my vision hasn't fully rendered yet. I’m just going about my morning until the 3d catches up." It removes the frantic energy. You arent a seeker anymore, you know this reality is fleeting and temporary.

The biggest irony of shifting is that the more desperate you are to leave, the more you anchor yourself to the reality you’re trying to escape. Desperation is a massive tether to your cr. Think of it like this; if youre trying to fall asleep, and you stare at your eyelids and scream at your brain to SLEEP NOW, you will stay awake all night. Shifting requires that same letting go that falling asleep does.

Youve seen behind the curtain, you know the "one life, then dust" narrative is a scam and once you know that, you can't exactly go back to being a normal person. Treat this reality like a pre rcorded video. If you’re watching a movie and the main character is in jail, you don't panicking thinking you are in jail. You know you're the one sitting in the theater. When you wake up here, look at your walls and think "cute. Nice projection. But I know where I actually am." Do not let the 3d have the final word on your identity.

If you feel anxious version of yourself rising up, check these three things:

- Am I seeking proof? (If yes, you're acting like a mortal, when you're pure awareness and SHOULDN'T hand your power to anyone or anything else.)

- Am I waiting for a shift to happen? (If yes, you're placing the power outside yourself.)

Shifted... But it's 2014 and I'm a kid again.

Alr so 2014 was different for me than most people I had no idea what the internet was or if social media existed I just knew that phones were for games, messaging and to call people. Spending time outside was my dopamine.

Anyway shifting back in time has been in my mind for a while but I've been postponing it because... Idk being famous and having supernatural powers felt more important lol. I got to bed and shifted through SATS ( state akin to sleep) with a subliminal playing in the background. And this time the symptoms were just doing too much😭 and I nowunderstand when people would snap out of it because wdym I'm supposed to stay still as my body is literally vibrating to the point where my fingers are shaking and I'm supposed to ignore it?

But sadly they were right. I did ignore it and felt the " air" change. It smelt like it was in the afternoon ( idk how to explain that ngl ) and I remember reading somewhere on tiktok back in 2020 that just because you smelt or felt something doesn't mean that you've fully shifted and that when you wake up you might get into a sleep paralysis, so you're supposed to ground yourself first before opening your eyes. I don't agree with that anymore but I decided to give it a try anyway. I did all the 5 senses and once I was sure I opened my eyes and I was there.

Being in a kids body felt normal and weird at the same time. Because my brain kept telling me that this wasn't my original body? Idk I just kept thinking about it. My whole point of shifting back in time was because I wanted to throw away responsibilities and just exist and be a kid ofc. It was freeing and the most relaxed I've felt in a while, I played with my toys, got to eat as much as I wanted, played outside as long as I wanted and the only thing that stressed me out was what meal my mom was gonna cook that day and hoped that she didn't cook any healthy meals. The economy was excellent at least from a 10yr olds perspective.

But I kept on feeling like something was "wrong" yes I was a kid and all but I knew all this information about shifting, the universe and all info that I've gotten as I grew up and it felt weird. When I would play with my childhood friends they would have all these case about toys, whose more popular etc and I'm thinking y'all it's not that serious😂 so instead of feeling like a child ( which I did most of the times) it still felt like I was a 21 yr old in a childs body and could understand the world in a different way, which wasn't as good as social media made us think it was or how we remember it.

So I ended up staying for four months before sleeping with the intention of coming back here and woke up on my bed. It was fun def would go back but script that I have no recollection of this reality and that my mentality is of a 10 year old.

you have time.

There isn't some sort of "time limit "to shifting. You have all the time you need to get wherever you need to go. No one is rushing you. Stop trying to beat the fake clock. Take your time.

If you're the type of person who's like "I have to get to my DR before [insert certain date here]" I can assure you you'll be fine. You can just script that you show up to your DR that day. You have nothing but time. You control time. ⊹ ೃ ⁺ ˳

Don't rush somewhere to get to a place you're already at. Remind yourself you're already there. There is nothing but time.

you don’t need a “perfect mindset” or a reprogramming of your subconscious in order to shift.

it is true that the moment you decide to shift, you do. this is because your awareness is not attached to anything, it will simply do what you want it to do because it is you. you’re not your thoughts, your doubts, or even your feelings. you are the observer of those things.

so if that’s the case, why are you still having difficulty experiencing the shift in the 3d?

well, dear reader, the reason for that is simple. your awareness may move instantly, but it’s still funneled through your mind. your mind is still the thing that has to register, “oh yeah, we’re in a different reality now.” therefore, if your mind is going through a bunch of hoopla, it’s more likely for it to just miss the shift even though it already happened.

think of it like switching radio channels. the channel changes instantly. awareness = your hand turning the dial up or down. if you’re wearing headphones blasting your own music, you won’t hear the new channel. nothing blocked the switch. you saw yourself make the decision to turn the dial and do it. but you didn’t consciously hear the music change and you won’t until you take the headphones off.

well, how do i take the headphones off then?

by dropping the idea that the 3d is the baseline in which you measure reality from. the only reason people don’t notice their shift is cause they’re still looking to the 3d to prove to them that their awareness shifted. you must trust yourself, trust your awareness and stop giving the 3d that authority. there’s nothing to “check” against!

whatever you say goes, goes. your awareness follows because that is the law. ironically, it is when you fully adopt that attitude that you will notice instantaneous shifts. because you’re not waiting for confirmation from something outside your awareness. you’re letting awareness define the moment by itself.

the next time you go to set intention you want to have your mind and awareness in alignment. fully agree (and feel) that your 3d isn’t your reference point anymore. release expectation of what it should feel like or how long it should take. it takes no time because awareness shifts instantly and you are awareness.

then when you set your intention you can do a few things: (choose which suits you best OR do your own thing)

1. envision your dr and imagine each sense. narrate it in your head like you’re looking around right then and there.

2. embody your dr self’s mind. what would you be thinking in your dr? who are you? what are you doing?

3. just surrender. breathe. set your intention with a simple and clear phrase. don’t repeat yourself or try to convince yourself. just accept it and be.

finally, if you catch yourself slipping back into checking, simply redirect by repeating one of these steps. not in a desperate “oh it’s not working, i failed, let me start over way.” it’s just to ease your mind. and if you’re really chill, you can just ignore the thought. it means nothing!

SO FOR CONTEXT I'M MOVING OUT OF MY UNI TOWN TO GO BACK HOME. I HAVE A 13 HOURS BUS RIDE THIS AFTERNOON.

AND YK WHAT HAPPENED EARLIER? MY SUITCASE BROKE. THE ZIPPERS WON'T CLOSE. LIKE, I'D TUG ON THE ZIPPER'S CLOSER THING AND IT'D LEAVE AN OPENED ZIPPER BEHIND??? LIKE IT'S MISALIGNED OR SOMETHING??? MIND YOU. THIS SHIT IS BRAND NEW.

So anyways. I got really frustrated. I tried to fix it for half an hour and I got deperate.

You know what I do whenever I'm desperate? I manifest.

THIS SOUNDS SO SILLY BUT😭 I remember the blinking method that I saw yesterday. Basically you have to assume that you shift every time you blink, and you keep blinking until your 3d changes and your wish had fulfilled. Someone said their homework got done by its own by doing that method. SO I TRIED IT.

Y'all I kid you not I felt insane doing this. So I pulled my suitcase closer to me, held it with my hands, and I started blinking as I stare at the broken zipper. I kept imagining 'whoosh' sounds every time I blink / shift. I fully believed that I shifted at every blink. I swear parts of my zippers moved every single time. So after like, the 25th blink, I went, "ok, I think it's done. I'm here."

MY HEART WAS BEATING SO FAST YALL. I TUGGED ON THE ZIPPER SLOWLY LIKE I ALWAYS DID EARLIER. AND IT WORKED. IT'S NOT BROKEN. AT ALL. BRO.

I don't know how this works. Am I really in an alternate cr? Because my texts where I had just texted my auntie and my mom are still there—me panicking because my suitcase was broken.

One thing I know for sure though, I manifested it. I swear it was like a flow state. I just snapped in the moment and assumed that the blinking method works.

The highlight of this experience? I understand now that you CAN shift / manifest while being desperate. Being non-chalant is not an obligation.
