reprogramming your mind — DAY THREE
on this day, it is recommended to feed your belief! in the case of shifting it means to watch people you trust who have been successful shifted. listen to their stories, read about it, and take in motivation.
ask people about their attempts. ask people about their shifting stories. talk to your shifter friends.
this is like watching peoples GRWMs before the birthday party. this is for you to realize that this is real and it is happening.

you already trust so much — why not yourself?
you trust a chef without seeing the ingredients.
you trust a barista without watching what goes in your cup.
you trust a pilot without even seeing their face.
so why don’t you trust yourself?
you don’t watch your heartbeat.
you don’t control how your body heals.
you don’t micromanage how you fall asleep.
it just happens.
unseen processes work for you every single day.
shifting isn’t any different.
you don’t need to see every step, feel every symptom, or understand every method or mechanism for it to be real. your subconscious already knows how to move you where you want to go.
your only job is to trust it enough to let it happen.
your mind already knows how to move, how to create, how to align. you’ve been doing it your entire life without noticing.
if you can trust strangers with your food, your safety, and your time — you can trust yourself with your reality.
your desired reality already exists.
most of us affirm by saying:
“i’m in my desired reality”
“i’m already there,” meaning we’re shifting or going to our dr — which is true.
but a lot of us forget or overlook two things: your dr already exists, and you already exists in that reality.
no, you are not “creating” or “scripting” a reality into existence — it already exists. the only thing shifting does is move your awareness to it.
a lot of us don’t use our words and intentions to their fullest. but when you finally realize you are simply shifting your subconscious to a reality that already exists, everything changes.
i see scripting as a universe search engine. every time i script or want something in my dr, i’m not creating a new reality — i’m simply intending to go to a reality where those specific things already exists.
that should be your intention when you affirm.
reprogramming my mind - DAY TWO
if you haven’t seen my first blog, go check it out on my page.
for day two, i decided to extend it to two days, and for this part, i will have to do things that remind me of my desired reality and put me into the mood of shifting.
and when i do those things, i have to think of shifting every time.
reflecting and getting yourself excited while also repeating to yourself that belief you want to mend throughout the day. so for me, it would be “i am a master shifter and i can shift to any desired reality i want.”

because i had classes and work outside of shifting, i didn’t have much time to focus so i extended this for two days.
and what i did throughout these days is small things that reminded me of my DR and scripted new things.
for example, i visited the Harry Potter New York store and got some stuff. I explored the store and thought about my friends in that reality. i also rewatched a few of the movies and a lot of content about harry potter online. i talked to my best friend about our dr and scripted new ideas. and i played some hogwarts legacy on my free time.
how do you even wake up in your DR? ⋆𐙚 ̊.
i asked myself how i’m supposed to wake up in my new reality, because this is honestly starting to get ridiculous. i already know how to imagine myself there, playing out scenarios and seeing it all in my mind. i know how to do all that and i know where i want to shift. but something about the how to actually wake up there kept taking over my mind.
then it randomly clicked when i thought about falling asleep. how would i even describe falling asleep? well, you close your eyes and then it just happens after a while. that’s it.
you literally pretend to be asleep until you are.
so what’s the difference between that and shifting? well, there isn’t one. at least not for me.
when i lay there at night, pretending, imagining that i’m there, that’s literally enough. there’s nothing extra i need to do to make it happen, just like there’s nothing extra i need to do to fall asleep. i pretend it, i become it.
i don’t need to overthink it anymore. i should just let myself assume the state (even with doubts), the same way i assume sleep. i don’t lay there affirming “i’m sleeping, i’m sleeping.” no, i let my mind drift. i let myself relax.
shifting works the same way by letting my awareness drift, instead of forcing it. i feel like once i stop trying to get there and simply just start being, that’s when it will happen. ‹𝟹
reprogramming my mind - DAY ONE
so i rewatched Reya Singh’s video on reprogramming your mind to shift (it’s on youtube and i will link it at the bottom of this blog. all credits for this method goes to her.)
keep in mind that Reya’s method of reprogramming involves 4 days. and during the first three days, you just NOT attempt to shift. since the day you will be shifting is the 4th night.
day one is to make a list of your beliefs and disbelief, and add the ‘thought’ or ‘belief’ you want to mend into your beliefs section of that list.
thats exactly what i did. you can write down the most obvious things. for example, some things i wrote down for myself are:

- i am brunette
- i love the harry potter franchise
- i love reading and psychology
- i am a master shifter/ i can shift to any desired reality i want at any time
disbeliefs:
- i am blonde
- i have a pet frog
- i am 1000 years old
- i have purple eyes

this is only day one and i will update again on day two. i’ll be going to bed affirming these beliefs. i suggest you watch Reya’s original video or check her tiktok as well. but this is the link to her original video for this method:

starting tonight, i’ll be researching and reprogramming my mind for shifting. after taking a long break from reality shifting, i think this is a perfect way to come back with a fresh start. i will try my best to upload update blogs soon.
in my opinion, a lot of us are still taking in misinformation and have that “2020 shifttok mindset,” which i believe is unhealthy and untrue. though some methods may still work for some.
so this is my chance to reprogram my mind to my own way of seeing reality shifting. everyone has their own path, and it’s important to follow that.
guys PLEASE PLEASE never give up. a few months ago I affirmed that "all of my mutuals / shifter friends are master shifters", I kept believing, kept assuming, and NOW in Jan 2026 I could confidently say that 75% of my mutuals had posted a shifting success story in their blog! I even shifted myself. PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP! Believe in your power! 🫂
for anyone who needs to hear it…
stop treating shifting like a skill you’re still learning. that beginner mindset served you earlier in your journey. it’s outdated now. every time you approach it like “let me see if I’m doing this right,” you shrink your own authority. anything you do is the right thing to do. you just have to own that choice.
reminder that this reality is not more "canon" than your desired reality. it's not the original or the first one, it's just the one you've been aware of for the longest time consecutively. example, your family here is not your "canon" family and your desired reality is not an AU (alternate universe) fanfic. it is fully valid and real and original and canon. and you are not obligated to have the same family in your dr, dont feel guilty if you want different parents or siblings in your dr.
''Just shift,'' but it's like expecting a dog to sit without ever teaching it what the command means. It's not like the dog cannot sit, it does it all the time, every single day, but if it has never related the word ''sit'' to the action, then how is it supposed to know.
Some figure it out really quickly, some don't, and like shifting, it's often harder to teach a trick to a dog who has already been shaped by its surroundings.
Doing it is not the issue, the issue is doing it when you expect it. It has no use telling someone to ''just shift,'' when they haven't ever done it before, all it will do is cause frustration
