hi guys š i meditated again for maybe around 40 minutes and i came back with something to tell yew. as someone who loves awake methods, iām no stranger to frustration while shifting and feeling like itās a waste of time. however, feeling nothing is not the absence of progress!!
FEELING NOTHING IS NOT THE ABSENCE OF PROGRESS
what do i mean by that? when youāre meditating or doing your method and it looks like itās not working, thatās an assumption. youāre assuming that since you canāt feel a symptom, the shift isnāt happening. i noticed this even when i felt like i couldnāt find any doubts while doing my method, and i believe it to be what was holding me back.
it could be the ego holding you back or simply a misunderstanding. my guess is this goes back to a root of needing symptoms to feel like the shift is working (either from old advice from early shifttok or seeing constant stories with symptoms in it).
akaaaaa if youāre feeling frustration during the shifting attempt, youāre looking outside of you for proof youāve shifted (who woulda guessed)
if you have taken on the identity of you in ur dr (aka mentally shifted or set an intention or done your method) then the shift has worked regardless of whether or not you can sense something in the 3d. shifting is a 4d game. you change first, then your dr.
and since you know i hate cliffhangers, this is what i would do to work on that belief. a) whenever you get frustrated during an attempt remind yourself that itās not not happening because the world feels the same. you can fight the blockage or let go of it. i consider this step non optional if you are struggling with waiting fo something to happen.
b) understand that shifting is subconscious. this aligns with my view of shifting, but it may help you too. shifting is done in a matter of seconds by the unconscious part of your mind, so it makes sense that you maybe canāt actually feel it. you donāt need to worry about your consciousness while shifting, itās not the point. similarly, sometimes it helps me to remember that the 3d body iām in in my cr is not the same as your body in your dr, so it doesnāt really matter what youāre experiencing here.
c) i would reprogram/manifest my way out of this blockage. (personally i use the 1k method and start to feel the effects after 200 affirmations, but do whatever method you feel drawn to) this is probably the biggest one that requires the most amount of effort but i think it will be the most helpful.
tldr; if you get frustrated while shifting, it could be because you are subconsciously waiting for something to happen to prove the shift is working. to fix this, fight/let go of that belief.
