Nothing can make me feel dread like the c!dsmp story can… didn’t feel bad at the time but knowing the ending of the server and the end for lots of character makes it SO so horrible to think back on after so long since it mattered so much to me without me even realizing until this year

I have a dsmp playlist I made in 2024 and added a few songs to throughout 2024 and 2025 and then it went from around 17 songs to 82 songs after my phase resurgence since march this year (which is crazy) I had to put in a conscious effort to add more upbeat songs because it was just making me sad all the time, so here are some of the songs that have been making me feel sad below the cut (it was more about the time and what it meant to me than anything else I guess)

Genuinely really concerning how I went to spaces I used to go to for this fandom like ao3 or look at fanart and I’m now seeing so many ship stuff of techno???? Like um…. Guys idc if it’s the dsmp character or not he said that he wasn’t comfortable with shipping stuff, why would you disrespect someone’s boundaries to that degree in general let alone after they’ve passed?? If you don’t know then that’s fine as long as you stop after you figure it out but sheesh…
