c!puffy, one and only! love her design, love her lore, they are really funny to me personally.
the main idea for this design was to combine pirate (canon), virgin mary (she was cdream's guardian and the 'annunciation' was a thing. kinda) and roman soldier (she participated in cdream's imprisonment and is also from a region where the main religion opposes exdee) concepts. i also wanted to emphasize that she came from afar by giving her brighter pastel colors and some region specific patterns (finally, we got some color) as for the lore: the "family curse" became exdee deciding to be vindictive towards one of the guys who tried to kill him once, so he cursed his descendant with 6 year old cdream. don't joke with that guy, he WILL find you (even if he won't, he will find your relatives) and do some stupid but really annoying shit
