About this, do you think there's a possibility that when most people think of c!Dream and c!George as a couple, c!Dream personally doesn't, but he's always too busy to clarify? And since he has other priorities, he never really talk about that with c!Fundy nor reassure him which is why their relationship remains unrequited in everyone else including c!Fundy's eyes but it's actually not.
Yes!! I Think cDream thinks in terms of efficiency. For him, he doesn’t have the time to walk others through his perspectives of his relationships and dynamics. For him they simply exist, and others either get it or they don’t. I also think part of it for cdundy is that cDream just can’t envision a long term future to begin with. They quite literally originate from two sides of a war. I think for cDream its a mercy to let the relationship fade and fizzle than break up later, (not saying thats the right thing to do or anything, but it’s what I envision for his mindset)
I dont think cDream never loved cFundy, I just think he loved so many things more than him, and had so many priorities bigger than him that he just couldnt/wouldn't give the time to him.
And cFundy being someone that pours his all into the person/people he loves it could just never work.
This is also why I dont think ships like cDnf could work either if im honest. I dont see cDream being a person who can stay and be still for any one person, no matter how much he really cares.
