I've recently been watching Invincible and when I think about Darlin and Sam, I think about what Nolan said to Mark. If Tank and Sam were to have a conversation about if Tank would turn or not, I feel like Sam would say what Nolan said, just in a softer tone and in a nicer way. "Everyone and everything you know will be gone. What will you have after 500 years?"

And I feel like Mark's answer when Nolan said that would fit Darlin's character. "I'd still have you."

But knowing Sam doesn't plan to live that long as a vampire, it makes me sad but I feel like that's how this conversation would go.
