Can you elaborate why you believe the man in the video was justified in grabbing that women by the neck, slamming her head into a table, pinning her to the floor and punching her repeatedly in the face? That amount of force was not at all necessary to defend himself.

Defending himself would’ve been pushing her arm away and stopping her if she tried to hit him again. What he did wasn’t self-defence, it was an extreme retaliation fuelled by anger rather than by fear of being hurt. But of course men pretend not to know the obvious difference between self-defence and retaliation, because it gives them an excuse to hit women.
