We did an educational video that really gets into the full details, but long story short is when we started dating I started pretty slow with it, having being nervous about opening up about it. It can go so many ways, and I started by asking to introduce food in the bedroom, which got a very positive result. Over a few months she always complained about how she had gained a few pounds over the last few years and didnt like it, and seemed to think I would also prefer if she lost weight. After dating for a bit, she gained a few lbs and after weighing herself she came to me to complain about it and I found that to be a decent opportunity to totally open up about what I was actually into. She thought it was actually very interesting and decided she would try gaining a bit of weight to see if she liked it, and she immediately fell in love with the process. She had hated trying to stay skinny and restrict herself, and she feels so much happier in her body now. She wears crop tops and low rise jeans proudly now and is so much more confident and happy and I absolutely love it.
