TERMS OF SERVICE
✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Be sure to read them before requesting a commission, as these terms may be subject to change at any time. Please contact me for any inquiries.
✦ Last Updated: Mar. 7, 2026
GENERAL TERMS
✦ Listings on Ko-Fi are based on lineart only, please select add-ons for color options and other details.
✦ Please provide references or descriptions of details, people, and/or characters. Try to be as thorough as possible.
✦ Work time ranges from one to three weeks depending on the complexity of the work. Commissions such as animations or short comics may take longer and deadlines will have to be discussed beforehand.
✦ Completed art can be sent through email, Discord, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
✦ During the commission process, I will update the commissioner on each step (sketch, lineart, color, etc.)
✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request.
USAGE
✦ I retain copyrights to all commissioned art, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
✦ Commissioned works may be used by the customer for any personal and/or non-commercial purposes (i.e.; uploading to the customer's own social media platforms, usage as a profile picture/background/wallpaper, visuals for non-monetized work, etc.).
✦ Commissioned art is not currently available for commercial use (merchandise, resale, as advertising etc.).
✦ Commissioned works MAY NOT be used for any blockchain, cryptocurrency, or NFT purposes, in AI datasets or AI tools, or anything related to such, presently and in the future.
✦ In addition, if requested, I can send versions of commissioned works that have been put through the Glaze and/or Nightshade software alongside the original works to help disrupt potential AI scraping.
PAYMENTS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
✦ Payment should typically be up front, however if required, a 30% deposit is possible as a secondary option.
✦ Requesting changes is permitted, however major changes may be subject to additional charges (an additional $3 at minimum).
✦ Mistakes on my behalf, in regards to design or anatomy, can be fixed free of extra charge.
✦ Refunds may be requested at any time before the lineart is approved.
✦ The customer has the right to request a full refund if there has been no progress for three consecutive weeks, or when the work has not been completed within two months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work begins. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
✦ I only accept payment through Ko-Fi or PayPal.
✦ Haggling is not permitted.
