I could see curly or anya having comfort stuffies from their childhood that they've held onto. Anya probably has a small collection of stuffies she's had since she was small, and curly just has the one now. Anya sleeps with hers and curly usually just has it on a shelf/nightstand and takes it with him for luck on hauls. curly's is probably a classic teddy bear and anya's is a bunny (<- projection)

daisuke gets plushies sometimes and each new one becomes the new fav until he finds another. they're usually either won at fairs or found at a thrift shop. always massive.

Swansea has a lil plush swan that's like a desk buddy kinda plush. either that or a similar desk-buddy type plush that looks like his dog that he may or may not have teared up at upon receiving because "now you can take him with you to work!"

I ALMOST FORGOT JIMMY EXISTS: I doubt he owns plushies but if he did its a polle plush curly gave him (he didn't want it either) and he mostly uses it to take out his job-related anger. it's looking Rough.

anti-crew

crocs doesn't own plushies. but patches could give her the shittiest scrunkliest little cat stuffie he made for her and that'd be her new best friend. she would not tell him this because he would do that stupid pleased smug grin and then she'd have to hit him. and she doesn't want achy knuckles.

peach has a plush in his house from one of his kids. it's theirs. it's in a box in his house. part of him hopes they come back to take it. he misses his kids. he doesn't remember which kid it belonged to tho.

Downer doesn't own plushies, they're for children and he's a Grown Man with a Job (internship) but if he were to request one it'd be a swan with a good long neck so he can Throttle It because he is Well Adjusted about his Job (internship)

patches has an emotional support fluttershy plushie he takes with him on hauls. he sleeps with it and may or may not vent to her when he can't sleep. if he had a discord plushie made to scale relative to said fluttershy it would make his entire life.
