I'm sure you've heard this saying before, 'we are what we attract,' but I would like for you to take a moment, find some time alone and do these 2 tasks. First task, spend 5 minutes, without makeup and frills, and deeply look into your eyes in the mirror. Do you like what you see? Did your mind wonder in idle chatter? Did you cry? Did you look away at every attempt? How are you feeling? Second Task, lay on your bed with your eyes starring up at the ceiling, think about your circle of friends?
