So I told my wife that I hoped she would still enjoy me doing this bit forty years from now, and she smiled and held my hand and said that she'd never liked it, not even the first time.

this has never been one of my popular prints, but I love the sky. how it shifts from pastel cotton candy colours to this glowing gold, and how the water continues that transition until its all cool and dark. colours are fun! risograph is fun!

and this one too! all the faded sharp mountains, with the rounded clouds spreading above them! don't worry about the dinosaurs, the dinosaurs do not matter at all

Without desiring things, you'll never accomplish anything. You need to let yourself desire things. And you need to let yourself pursue the things you desire. That's the only way you stop living for others, and start living for yourself. You need to look at your life, and ask yourself what you want out of it. And then you need to pursue that.

It's not noble not to desire things. It doesn't make you a good person. It just means you live life never standing up for yourself. It means you never pursue the things YOU want. I wanted to be a woman. I wanted to pursue a career entertaining others. I wanted a life I can be proud of living. I got the things I wanted! And I still want more!! WHAT DO YOU WANT?
