not to be on another how this frivolous aspect of capitalism affects me rant but if im ordering online and i get in touch within 2hrs about wanting to change the sizing i feel like there should be some kind of support in place where they can change it within a certain time frame like wdym there's absolutely no middle staff that can control this. also i'd be a lot more understanding if a staff was like hey i tried but we really can't. but then they'd have to hire actual people that they'd have to pay a living wage so instead im getting an automated ai response and its pissing me off
