Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups caramel sauce. 1/4 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of chopped pecans evenly over the crust. Next, sprinkle 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips over the pecans. Pour 1 cup of caramel sauce over the chocolate chips. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: pecans, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it's warm. Drizzle the warm cream over the top layer of caramel sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the caramel is bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
