Ingredients: 1 bottle Cantamanyanes wine. 500g beef tenderloin. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Rosemary sprigs for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Season the beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned. Transfer the beef to a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced beef with a glass of Cantamanyanes wine. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
