A savory soy sauce marinade gives these steak kebabs a lot of flavor, and they're perfect for grilling up a tasty meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, if you want to use it, into a bowl. Toss the beef cubes in the marinade to coat them. Put it in the fridge with the lid on for at least an hour, or overnight for the best results. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Using skewers, alternately thread beef that has been marinated, bell peppers, and red onion. Kebabs should be cooked on a grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the beef is done to your liking and the vegetables are soft. Once done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Enjoy your tasty steak kebabs that have been marinated!
