The inside of these vegan cinnamon buns is sweet and fluffy, and they are soft on the inside. It's great for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast. 1 cup non-dairy milk. 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened.
Instructions: Put flour and instant yeast in a large bowl and mix them together. Put the non-dairy milk in a saucepan and heat it until it's just warm. Then, add the melted vegan butter, sugar, and salt to the flour mixture. Mix until you get a dough. On a floured surface, knead the dough for five to seven minutes, or until it gets smooth and stretchy. Cover the dough with a clean towel and set it in a greased bowl. Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it goes double in size. On a floured surface, punch down the dough and roll it out into a big rectangle. Cover the dough with vegan butter that has been softened. Then, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. From the long side, roll the dough up tight. Then, cut it into 12 even pieces. Cover the slices with foil and put them in a greased baking dish. Let them rise for another 30 minutes. Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. It will take 25 to 30 minutes of baking to get the buns golden brown. Enjoy while still warm!
