This hot seafood dip is delicious, with flavors of shrimp and crab mixed with creamy cheeses and savory seasonings. It's great for parties or as an appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped. 1 cup lump crabmeat. 1 cup cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold in chopped shrimp and crabmeat until evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
